What does the £149 Site Check-up include?
A review of up to five key pages across 18 checks, covering speed, SEO, accessibility and how your key journeys work. You'll get an overall grade, prioritised findings and clear next steps, with an explanation of what shaped the grade.
How soon will I receive the report?
Usually within five working days of receiving your website address and any access we've agreed. I'll let you know if anything might take longer.
Which platforms do you support?
I can review websites on most platforms, including custom-built sites, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy Website Builder, Shopify and Webflow. Some platforms limit what can be checked, and if so, I'll explain that in your report.
What do you need from me?
Just your website address and the platform it's built on. If a check needs account access, I'll explain exactly what's needed and why. I'll never ask for your password. Instead, you can invite me as a collaborator or team member, which keeps your account secure.
What if my website is unavailable during the review?
I'll check everything I can, note when the outage happened and how it affected the review, and arrange a follow-up check with you for anything I couldn't complete.
Can I share the report with my developer?
Of course. The report is yours to share with your developer, or anyone else who helps with your website.
Can you fix the issues in the Site Check-up report?
Absolutely. Just reply to your report email and I'll quote for any one-off fixes. If your website needs regular support, a Care plan may suit you better. Choose an annual plan within 14 days of your report and I’ll credit your £149 towards it.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
You can cancel for a full refund any time before the review starts, or receive a 50% refund if you cancel after it starts but before the report is delivered. Once the report is delivered, the work is complete. If anything isn't clear, I'll happily talk it through with you.
